Offering more 11,500 square of function space, this spacious venue is ideal for hosting grand events. Welcome 800 meeting attendees in a theater-style set up, complete with a Hula dance performance on the permanent stage. Lead an interactive training session for 500 in a classroom setting, or celebrate a successful year with a formal banquet for 750.
Adjoining the Monarchy Ballroom, this welcoming space is designed to accommodate groups as small as 70 or as large as 600, depending upon the set up. Utilize the entire ballroom for a classic reception for 500 guests or a theater-style presentation for 600. For smaller gatherings, this Ka’anapali Beach ballroom can be divided into as many as three separate salons, to suit the needs of your group.
Grand Ballroom and Promenade
For your largest events, combine the Monarchy and Regency Ballrooms to form the stunning Grand Ballroom. With over 16,000 square feet of available function area, split level styling and hand-painted ceiling tiles, this expansive ballroom can host trade shows, elaborate stage productions, formal banquets for 1,300 guests and meetings for 1,500. This classic boardroom - permanently set for 12 guests - features elegant wood paneling reminiscent of a gentlemen’s library, a marble top board table and executive leather chairs. A built-in buffet allows plenty of space for coffee and snacks, or, if you prefer, a casual set up for a working lunch. You may also choose to adjourn to one of the adjoining Maui Suites for a more formal lunch, complete with full wait service and china.
Located on the lobby level of the Lahaina Tower, the recently renovated ballroom offers 4,871 square feet of function space that is divisible into up to four breakout rooms. This new venue features a clean and sophisticated design that captures the essence of native Hawaiian culture and the environment. Enjoy the flexibility of this meeting space with breakout classroom-style set ups of 50-70, or a reception that will host up to 400 guests.
