Securing Your Date in Maui
Once you have decided upon a wedding date and a ceremony package that best suits your needs, please contact our Hyatt Wedding Department at (808) 667-4435 or firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process of securing the date, time and location for your special day. To best service wedding clients at our Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa, we reserve all wedding ceremonies at least two hours apart; and only service one ceremony on the grounds at a time; times and locations are based upon availability.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our indoor and outdoor locations can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
Risers are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications; both indoors and outdoors. Dance floors are for indoor use only.
Our onsite audio-visual experts, PSAV AUDIO VISUALS, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
Hyatt Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
All charges listed within the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa Weddings of Aloha Packages are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. Any additional enhancements added to each package are each subject to applicable taxes and service fees. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 per location ($2,000.00 if both ceremony and reception locations are needed) will be required within two weeks of contract issue to secure your space. 50% of the estimated cost is due 60 days prior to the event. Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. Our Maui wedding menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
