Maui Wedding Details
Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after. To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our indoor and outdoor locations can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
Risers are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications; both indoors and outdoors. Dance floors are for indoor use only.
Ceremony Site
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa can create your ceremony site to suit your needs, set in round or theater style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style. We also offer our lovely Wedding Gazebo for more intimate ceremonies with up to 10 guests.

Securing Your Date
Once you have decided upon a wedding date and a “Weddings of Aloha” ceremony package that best suits your needs, please contact our Wedding Sales Manager, Laura Amerio at (808) 667-4742 to begin the process of securing the date, time and location for your special day. To best service our wedding clients, we reserve wedding ceremonies at least two hours apart; and only service one ceremony on the grounds at a time; times and locations are based upon availability.

Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.

Pricing
Guarantee
Your attendance must be specified by 12:00 noon three working days (Monday through Friday) prior to your event. Your final guarantee will be the number stated on the banquet prospectus unless a revised guarantee is received by the above noted deadline. Food preparation is based on your minimum guaranteed attendance. You will be charged on your guaranteed attendance or actual guest count whichever is greater. Special meals requests should be included in your overall guarantee attendance and given in advance, otherwise any special meals given after the guarantee cut off will be charged in addition to the guarantee number. Please notify your Catering Manager for any special requirements.

All charges listed within the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa Weddings of Aloha Packages are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. Any additional enhancements added to each package are each subject to applicable taxes and service fees. A non-refundable deposit of $1,0000.00 per location ($2,000.00 if both ceremony and reception locations are needed) will be required within two weeks of contract issue to secure your space. 50% of the estimated cost is due 60 days prior to the event. Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
Service Charges
A service charge of 20% and the state sales tax of 4.166% will be added to all food and beverages. For Private Reception events less than 25 guests a 20% surcharge will be assessed to Food & Beverages totals. For Hand Serviced Meals outdoors, there will be a $10.00 Fee added to Menu Price.
