Offer valid 4/17/09 to 1/3/2010 at Hyatt Regency Maui. All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer is not valid with groups/conventions and may not be combined with other promotional offers including Family Plan. Package includes rental of one four door compact vehicle from Hertz per room per day and breakfast for two daily. Not valid for in-room dining. Cars are provided by Hertz. Minimum of 21 years of age required to rent a car. Additional charges apply for drivers under the age of 25. Package includes the daily cost of the car and tax only. All other fees are the responsibility of the guest and will be assessed upon pick-up of the vehicle. Additional fees that will apply. Airport concession fee is 8.1% plus tax, Vehicle license fee ranges from 27-35 cents per day plus tax and State Surcharge Tax at $3.00 per day inclusive. Refueling and optional protections will also be the responsibility of the consumer. All view types include a 4-door compact car. Compact car types will vary and cannot be requested. Hertz can be reached at 800 331 1212. Guests will be contacted within 2 weeks of booking to advise confirmation of the car. Guests that do not book at least 2 weeks prior to arrival may not receive early confirmation of the car. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to ensure rental car availability.
